It all started with eight friends who shared a love for reading. Their interest in books sparked their conversations, challenged their perspectives, and strengthened their bond. As they spent time discussing their favourite reads, they realized how powerful reading had been in their lives, and they began asking themselves: How can we share this passion with others?

That simple question turned into a mission. The idea was to create a space where people could come together, just as they had, to discover the joy and transformative power of books. From those early conversations, the Gamechangers Readership Promotion Network was born—a nonprofit dedicated to spreading the love of reading and inspiring lifelong learning. Today, what started as a small circle of friends has grown into a movement, with a goal to build a world where books are at the heart of personal and social change.
